SFX is looking for high energy, positive people to join our awesome team as Insert Operator in our TN location. You will work in a safe and organized printing, inserting, and metering production environment producing high-quality finished products.

Our Insert Operators will:

• Operate mail inserter machines
• Verify order information on audit sheets
• Set up mail inserter in accordance with specifications
• Meet production and quality standards, schedules, and deadlines
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Perform moderately complex product change-over activities
• Complete maintenance logs and report inserter downtime as required 
• Maintain cleanliness
• Additional tasks could include handwork and reprints

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in mail inserting equipment (preferred)
• Confident with computers and technology
• Mechanically inclined 
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and have regular consistent attendance
• Able to manage large workload, while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines 
• Knowledge in basic math, fractions, and percentages
• Safety conscious with ability to perform job function in a safe manner
• Self-directed, continually looking for ways to improve work, eager to learn and grow
• A team player, with a cooperative spirit

Physical Requirements Include:

• Frequently lift 10-20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand 10-12 hours
• Bend, push and pull carts
